With all the new guidance in place there are a few little changes that we have had to make
🔸We now are offering Takeaway! (Daily 12-10)🔸
For those who don’t want to venture out, but are still wanting that sense of normality, we have decided to offer takeaway, oh yes and this includes a tipple or two too! Keep your eyes peeled for the menu! This is on a call & collection basis only!
🔸You may now only consume alcohol on our premisses along side a substantial meal🔸
🤔A substantial meal I hear you say?🤔
Well that’s anything off our main menu, not just a starter or a portion between 2, this has to be at least as minimum of a sandwich & chips each. We know most will opt for our all time favourite pies, but it’s always best to have clarification. But hey! If your unsure, we’re friendly enough here, so just ask! Not too hungry? Well, why not take it away! We have a great selection of wines, bottled beer oh and did you know you can takeaway anything on the pump too?!
Hey! Your still welcome to pop by for the ay friendly chat over a coffee! All hot drinks and soft drinks can be purchased and consumed as normal!
🔸We can only accept bookings for one house hold per table🔸
We can understand that this may be difficult, especially being the time of year too, but just as much as anyone else, we are following the rules to keep everyone safe! With exceptions being anyone who is formed part of a singular support bubble only.

12pm – 11pm
That’s right it’s now 11pm!
But! Last orders are at 10! That gives you a whole extra hour to catch up with the mother in law who has now formed part of a support bubble with you, I know, we hear you screaming with excitement.
So, can I order 3 pints at 9.55pm and have them ‘in’. The short answer is No, but, you can have those pints alongside your meal, poured and at your table!
🔸We are accepting card payments only🔸
We can understand that you may prefer to pay in cash, but we honestly have no facilities now to accept cash payments! This is not only to keep you safe but also our staff too, minimising any possible transmission as much as possible.
🔸Is my booking secure that I have made prior to lockdown?🔸
Yes, all booking that have been made for the month of December are still there! We will be contacting you over the coming days to confirm your bookings, especially anyone with a booking larger than a 4, best to be safe than sorry!
As before, there will be limited numbers of staff front of house and in our kitchens, so please be patient as your service may take a little longer than before, especially in peak times.
We are still the same New Forest Inn, welcoming you back to the forest with open arms, well from a distance of course, clean and Covid safe and secure!
