There are some things the British countryside does exceptionally well: roaring fires, muddy walks, proper pints… and sausages. Lots of sausages. Which is why we’re delighted to announce Sausage Week, coming soon to The New Forest Inn — a full week dedicated to celebrating one of the nation’s most beloved comfort foods. For one glorious week, our menu will be taken over by a rotating line-up of special sausages, each one made with care, creativity, and a nod to local flavours. Think classic recipes done properly, alongside more adventurous combinations designed to surprise you (in a good way).Whether you’re a purist who believes nothing beats a traditional pork banger, or someone who likes their sausages a little more unexpected, there’ll be something on the menu with your name on it.
