We pride ourselves on our excellent standard of homemade food and use of high-quality local produce as and where we can source it. All of our pubs have individual menus designed by the Head Chef of each pub and their team, so each pub has its own unique individual flavour. You will learn to work well under pressure whilst maintaining good attention to detail, you will develop excellent communication skills along with the ability to manage and organise yourself and the kitchen effectively as well as striving for a fantastic standard of cookery.
