We have 3 recently refurbished Ensuite rooms - one twin with ensuite bath, shower and toilet and two double rooms with ensuite showers and toilet. We also have a double room which is not ensuite but it has its own private shower room and toilet across the hallway. We welcome dogs in the non-ensuite and smaller double room and we can put a 3rd bed in the twin room or larger double room should it be required for 3 guests to stay. There is a £5 supplement per dog per night and £10 for an extra bed per night. Please telephone for details and availability.

Continental Breakfast delivered to your room (in the evening ) and placed in the fridge and cupboard - which consists of: Rolls, croissant, bun, butter, yoghurt, cereals and orange juice.

We have (limited) car parking facilities, but plenty of roadside parking nearby. With direct forest access there are many enjoyable walks straight out from our front door –again, please ask any of our staff for details. Lyndhurst is only a 15 minute walk away with antique shops, tea rooms and many independent individual interesting shops. We also have many leaflets for local amenities and facilities (situated in the bar).
Our restaurant is open for lunch from 12 noon till 2pm Monday to Friday.
Saturdays and Sundays we are now open all day from 12 noon to 9:30pm (Sat) 9pm (Sun) for full menu.
Monday to Thursday 6pm till 9pm and Friday 6pm – 9:30pm evening dinner
Please let us know if you want us to reserve you a table as it is a very busy and popular eating destination in the forest.
Although we do not offer room service our bar is open from 11:30am to 11pm Monday – Thursday,
11:30am – 12 midnight Friday and Saturday and 12 noon – 10:30pm Sunday and we are more than happy to serve you with drinks and bar snacks should you require.
